8. Illinois jízda pluk
The 8th Illinois Cavalry Regiment was a Union Army cavalry regiment which was active from 18 September 1861 to 17 July 1865 during the American Civil War. It was assembled at St. Charles, Illinois, and it was attached to the Army of the Potomac during the war, with its first action is the Battle of Williamsburg in 1862 and its last is the Battle of Fort Stevens in 1865.
