armáda of the Ohio

The Army of the Ohio was a Union army that was active from 1861 to 1862 and from 1863 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Under Don Carlos Buell, the army assisted Ulysses S. Grant's Army of the Tennessee in defeating the Confederacy at Shiloh on 6-7 April 1862, ale armáda byla rozpuštěna poté, co utrpěla těžké ztráty u Perryville v říjnu.
