56. United States Colored pěší pluk

The 56th United States Colored Infantry Regiment was a Black infantry regiment of the Union Army that was active from 22 May 1863 to 15 September 1866 during the American Civil War. Organized at St. Louis, Missouri, the regiment garrisoned Helena, Arkansas during the war.
