Huang Fanzhao

Huang Fanzhao (1958-2013) was a Chinese gangster who was affiliated with the Los Angeles Triads in California during the 2010s. In 2013, he and several other triads were shooting down in a Franklin Clinton in a Los Angeles meatpacking factory.
