Elroy Bickle

Elroy Bickle (1974-) was an American railworker from Germantown, Philadelphia. The son of Gardner Bickle, he came to work for SEPTA, repase railroad tracks. He became the father of four children, including Jatavion Bickle, and he was a Democrat due his support for union rights and Black advancement.
