Elijah McElroy

Elijah McElroy (1977-2008) was an Irish-American criminal who was affiliated with the McReary crime family of New York City during the 2000s. In 2008, he was killed in a shootout with the vigilante Niko Bellic as he sped through Lower Manhattan in a stolen car.
