Deven Manning

Deven Manning (1981-2008) was a Jamaican Hillside Posse member during the 2000s. In 2008, he was sent to hunt down a drug shipment stolen from an Elizabeth, New Jersey truck garage by Luis Fernando Lopez, but he and his fellow hitmen were all shot down by Lopez.
