Dacquan Cobb
Dacquan Cobb was an African-American man who lived in Queens, New York City during the 1970. In 1971, he and several other Black drug users had their pills and marihuana confiscated by NYPD detectives Jimmy Doyle and Buddy Russo while hanging out at a Queens bar.
