Chugunov Vikentiy Romanovich

Chugunov Vikentiy Romanovich was a Russian parašutista, který sloužil ve třídě Soviet Airborne Forces in East Germany during the Cold War. He participated in the Warsaw Pact's biggest yet Zapad exercises in June 1989.
