Bogdan Ilyich Stepanov

Bogdan Ilyich Stepanov (1982-2008) was a Faustin crime family enforcer. He was sent to guard the cargo ship Platypus while it was being loaded with heroin in New York harbor in 2008, and he was killed when Niko Bellic assaulted the ship.
