Billy Jay Spencer

Billy Jay Spencer (1981-2008) was an Angels of Death biker.

Biography

Billy Jay Spencer was born in New York City in 1981, and he joined the Angels of Death biker gang at a young age. In 2008, he defended the AOD clubhouse in Harlem when The Lost MC attacked the place, and he was shot down in the fire with The Lost's bikers.
