Atsutane Sugiyama

Atsutane Sugiyama (1969-) was a Japanese street thug who lived in Dotonbori, Osaka during the 2000s. In December 2006, he and his gang picked a fight with Kazuma Kiryu, who proceeded to take them down in a public brawl.
