Almandos Preciado Olivares

Almandos Preciado Olivares (1958-1984) was a Colombian enforcer who worked for the Ortega Cartel in the Bahamy during the 1980 0s. In 1984, he and several other Colombians were shot down in a shootout with Tony Montana on Lobster Cay.
