Fredo Ciocco

Fredo Ciocco (1939-1968) was a Marcano crime family enforcer. V roce 1968 byl poslán sloužit jako bodyguard pro Ricky Coyle at the Barclay Mills rail yards, and he was killed by Lincoln Clay during his confrontation with Coyle.
