Frank Zecca

Frank Zecca (1943-1968) was a Marcano crime family enforcer in New Orleans during the 1960. In 1968, he was stabbed in the neck by Lincoln Clay during Clay's infiltration of Jimmy Cavar's main construction site, and his death was witnessed by several civilians, leading to a police shootout with Clay.
