Alexander Hershire

Alexander Hershire (1907-1978) was an American farmer from Milford, New York. The son of George Hershire, he switched his farm's focus from wheat to dairy. He was raised a staunch Republican due to his family German roots and their associated isolationism, as well due to their social conservatism. Hershire podporoval America First movement on the eve of World War II, sympatizoval s Nazi regime v Německu až do vypuknutí války v roce 1941.
