Emilio Lussu

Emilio Lussu (9. února 1909-18. září 1999) was an Italian Sardinian Action Party member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1921 to 1926, the Constituent Assembly from 1946 to 1948, and the Senate from 1948 to 1968. A decorated veteran of World War I and the Spanish Civil war, he-founded the Giustizia e Liberta hnutí odporu a byl zraněn a uvězněn dne Lipari během Benito Mussolini's tvrdý zásah proti jeho povstaleckému hnutí.
