Bertrams Melngailis

Bertrams Melngailis (1897-18. února 1918) byl Latvian voják, který sloužil v Soviet Red Army's Latvian Riflemen on the Eastern Front of World War I. Byl zabit v akci během German capture of Daugavpils at at the start of Operation Faustschlag.
