Higashisanjou Moritoki

Higashisanjou Moritoki was a Japanese policeman from Kyoto who fought for the pro-Imperial cause during the Boshin War. He fought alongside the Satsuma Domain's forces on the second day of the Battle of Toba-Fushimi, 28 January 1868.
