Hadrius Plautius

Hadrius Plautius (born 513) was a Romanized Berber who lived in Thagaste, Africa Proconsularis during the 6th century AD. He lived in the Vandalic Kingdom at the time of the Siege of Thagaste in 533, after which the city came under Byzantine rule.
