Atlas B. Steer

Atlas B. Steer (1830-13. prosince 1862) was an American soldier who served in the Union Army's 2nd Wisconsin Infantry Regiment during the American Civil War. He was killed while assaulting Marye's Heights during the Battle of Fredericksburg.
