Dan Y. Couffer

Dan Y. Couffer (1862-1898) was a US Marshal who served in the Arizona Territory during the Wild West era. In 1898, he was killed in a shootout with the outlaws Arizona Kid and Iron-Sights Jones in the town Tumbleweed, Arizona after Arizona shot the local lawman Ellison F. Enwright.
