Billie W. Crandal

Billie W. Crandal (1856-1898) was an American policeman who served in the Blackwater Police Department during the Wild West era. In 1898, he was killed in a shootout with the outlaws Iron-Sights Jones and the Arizona Kid in the streets and alleys of Blackwater, Texas.
