Eleuthera

Eleuthera je ostrov v centrální části Bahamy. Kdysi známý jako Cigateo, ostrov byl osídlen English Puritans from Bermudy in 1648, and its name, eleuthera, means "free" in Greek. Ostrov byl kdysi domovem Royal Navy fort, but the fort was conquered by the pirates of Edward Kenway's ship Jackdaw in 1719, and it served as a pirate haven during the Golden Age of Piracy. V roce 2017 měla Eleuthera populaci 11 000 lidí, z toho 85% černochů, 12% European, a 3% ostatní.
