The 35th Battalion was an infantry battalion of the Australian Army that was active from 1915 to 1919, from 1921 to 1929, and from 1939 to 1946. The battalion was raised in Newcastle, New South Wales and served on the Western Front of World War I before deploying to New Guinea during World War II. The battalion was disbanded in 1946.
