Asiatic peruť

The Asiatic Squadron was a US Navy squadron that operated in East Asia from 1868 to 1902. The squadron replaced the East India Squadron, and it participated in commerce with China and Japan while also participating in United States expedition to Korea in 1871 a zničila Spanish fleet in the Philippines at the Battle of Manila Bay in 1898.
