Arsames z Cilicie

Arsames z Cilicie (zemřel 333 př.n.l.) byl Satrap z Cilicia under the Persian Empire. V květnu 334 př.n.l. převzal velení nad 40 000-člennou perskou armádou a zaútočil Alexander the Great's army at the Battle of the Granicus, with Aristes and Memnon of Rhodes commanding some of his forces. Parmenion took Tarsus before Arsames could burn it to the ground, and Arsames was slain at the Battle of Issus in 333 BC.
